HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

How do I place an order order?
We’ve tried to build our website to be as user friendly as possible. That of course means it is mobile friendly. No matter what device you are using or what page you are on at any time there will be a button at the top that says Order Now. By clicking this button you will be taken to the shop page and you can select how many dozen donuts you want. From there just follow the prompts to enter your address and payment information. Then sit back and let us do the rest.

CAN I CHOOSE MY DONUT FLAVOURS?

Our business model is built around convenience and timely delivery. In order for us to provide fresh products to our customers that are handmade and delivered within the hour we have to streamline our operation. There is also another issue with fresh products that has been swept under the rug and that is food waste. Part of the reason for our business model was to figure out how we can minimize the amount of product that gets thrown in the garbage at the end of the day. You would be amazed how much a normal bakery does throw out or tries to sell the next day as “fresh”. If there are certain flavors that you love or don’t love, we greatly appreciate your feedback. Please let us know and we will slowly build up a catalogue of all the favorite flavors that we can rotate on a month to month basis so you are always given something new.

DO YOU TAKE LARGE ORDERS FOR
WEDDINGS, BIRTHDAYS, AND SPECIAL EVENTS?

Absolutely!! These are the types of orders that we love to get because as the customer we will work with you to provide a unique product just for your event. If there is a special flavor that you want for your wedding or perhaps you want your company logo on the top for a business function. The options are endless and we look forward to working with you.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR REPEAT ORDERS?

This is a great question. We’ve developed a subscription model for any customer that signs up. Depending on the frequency (once every 2 weeks, once per week, twice a week, etc) we offer discounts. This is a great way to let us do all the work for you. Once you sign up you never have to worry about it again. Whatever the location and time we will have your order delivered to you like clock work. You are not locked in and can cancel at anytime but lets be honest why would you 🙂

ARE YOU OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK?

You bet we are. We believe that donuts should be enjoyed every day from morning to night. You can count on us to be there for your craving, last minute meeting, a birthday you forgot about or just to surprise some friends.

DO YOU USE HIGH QUALITY INGREDIENTS?

You better believe it. I’m sure you’ve experienced biting into a supposedly “fresh” baked good and saying to yourself “where’s the flavor”? We’ve done the same thing and the reason this happens is due to the large companies trying to pinch every penny by using artificial ingredients and not the real thing. They are beholden to their shareholders or board of directors to produce quarterly profits and that means cutting costs. It takes a while but this will bite them in the end. The customer will start to notice and look for a better option.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY SMALL BATCH?

I can see how this question comes about. In reality, compared to a large company all the donuts that we produce during the day might be considered a small batch for them. For us that means 50-100 donuts that we have ready to fry at any given time. As our only focus is on donuts, our equipment is tailored for this very purpose.

HOW CAN YOU DELIVER IN AN HOUR OR LESS?

Another great question. We are by no means pioneers in the delivery segment. It was more a function of us looking around and realizing that we could take advantage of the infrastructure that is in place from other companies and build a bakery that is on the cutting edge.

HOW DO I APPLY TO WORK WITH YOU?

We are always on the lookout for new team members that are passionate about baking but just as important they love working within a system. It is very important that every donut we serve meets the highest standard of freshness. In order to make sure we maintain this standard we’ve developed internal systems that each member is trained on and that they can reference at any time. The pursuit of excellence and efficiency are two more values that we hold dear and we encourage our team members to help us find ways to make the processes better. CAN I COME AND VISIT YOUR LOCATION?

There is definitely nostalgia about walking by or into a bakery. The smells might take you back to your childhood when your grandma would bake fresh bread for the Sunday family dinner. Or your mom baking cinnamon buns for all the kids. As in life and business there are always compromises and similar to other online businesses (glasses, clothes, shoes, etc) we are focused on providing you the best product at the best price with the best service.
